Are you Sartorialized? Pitti people and a mistery…

This edition of Pitti Uomo made me think a lot. Wandering around the fair for the whole four days I could observe a strange phenomenon: Pitti was packed more than ever of really really cool people, but not everyone of them was looking like busy buyers, workers in the fashion industry on a one-day-pitti-mission and so on, like the ones sitting here above in a natural yet stylish way (Out Of Topic: checks are just everywhere!).

Some of them were just standing on corners dressed in an eccentric, stylish, extremely tailored or trashy way, like waiting for something. Or someone. Who are these people? Then I found the answer. All those people were waiting for Scott Schuman, aka The Sartorialist. With NO DOUBT. Since some years, Scott portrays the most distinguished styles around, and one of his favourite location is Pitti: people are getting aware of this and I’m sure there is someone that dresses smartly and walks around the fair striking poses with a certain nonchalanche, with the only intent to be caught by his camera.

These people are a new generation of fashion people. They are THE SARTORIALIZED.

A bit too matching to be spontaneous…

Great accessories instead for the photographer Franka Emme and Betty of the blog Mikapoka.

I’ve seen you on The Sartorialist before. Looking for a bis? Anyway I love the use of the ghiacciolo as a fashion accessory.

The jacket of this girl is just fab! It’s got belts inside to be worn like a backpack. Love it.

Then there are absolutely stylish people who are genuinely like this. Look at Paolo of Suitorial! Having known him, I trust he’s not a poser, but just true to his style. Love especially the real horn frames.

And of course Fabio Sassi, designer of Leitmotiv alongwith Juan Caro. I’ll write very soon about the brand, but you can make yourself an idea just looking at him. And he’s also such a nice person!

Talking about me, I was photographed a lot at this edition, maybe thanks to my Mickey Mouse top?

And you? Are you sartorialized? Send us your pictures if you’re not afraid about getting a stamp on it!

Seriously speaking, don’t you think that fashion blogs generated a satellite world of posers?
