Dearest Auntie,
I’m coming to visit you very soon, and I’m bringing you those lovely laces that you saw last time we met.
We’ll spend our sunny and chilly spring days knitting and making crochet and needle work, maybe in the garden among the roses.
I’ll be wearing my grandma petticoat and that pastel, lightweight knitted cape that you like so much.
Do you still have that soft, airy mohair shawl? And will you borrow me your opal glass necklace?
