Knit Festival: vote for the winner

There were quite a lot of pics I left out of this selection. I was especially inspired  by the way of treating the knit as simple fabric, still showing surprising results, adding particular details on collars, hems and borders.

Luxury is a central theme, and it is expressed essentially by the colour mixture and the weight proportions of the knits. You recognise the designers in the shapes and pieces used. What I’ll do next, and highly recommend you to do too, will be to make a striped-patchwork balloon dress with some vintage pieces, or to embroider a wide Klimt-like square-patch pullover…

won’t it be the best outfit for a tea under a liberty gazebo in a Japanese garden?
