CocoRosie . We Are On Fire
A week ago I dreamed of flying, about losing gravity while keeping control along the chosen direction, I was in Florence and I was heading through the main streets of the Italian city. Dreaming of flying means having the desire to free themselves from stressful situations… and indeed it is, this definitely means that I need to go on vacation.
Thinking about gravity I can’t help but mention the amazing video realized by the director Emma Freeman for the sister’s duo Cocorosie, one among my favorite band that came back to the spotlight with their latest amazing song. The video is all about bodies and shapes created by movements waves, the scenes convey feelings of lightness where the body is suspended in midair in elegant images that embody visual whispers.
